To create frames, you must register for an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• Your full name

You may also register using Google OAuth, which will import your name, email, and profile photo from your Google account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You may delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons, with or without notice.

You retain ownership of the original frame designs you create. By using our service, you grant Framise:

• A non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display your public frames

Important: Photos you upload to apply frames are processed temporarily and are not stored on our servers. We do not retain, access, or use your personal photos beyond the immediate frame application process.

You may not create or share content that:

• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringes upon intellectual property rights of others
• Contains hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory material
• Includes nudity, sexually explicit, or age-inappropriate content
• Promotes violence, illegal activities, or harmful behavior
• Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
• Includes personal information of others without consent
• Violates privacy rights or contains unauthorized likenesses

We reserve the right to:

• Review and moderate user-generated content
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Change frame visibility from public to unlisted
• Take action against violating accounts

You may use Framise for:

• Personal photo frame creation and customization
• Educational and awareness campaigns
• Non-commercial social media content
• Community events and celebrations
• Sharing frames with friends and communities

You may not:

• Use frames or the platform for commercial purposes without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our platform technology
• Use automated systems to create accounts or content
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service

• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise security

• Public: Visible to all users and included in public galleries
• Unlisted: Accessible via direct link but not publicly browsable
• Private: Only accessible to you

When sharing generated content to social media platforms, you acknowledge that such sharing is governed by the respective platform's terms of service.

Framise integrates with third-party services including:

• Google Services: For authentication and analytics
• Cloud Storage: For frame and data storage
• Social Media Platforms: For content sharing features

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service performance or practices.

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Technical difficulties or server issues
• Third-party service interruptions
• Force majeure events

We may implement reasonable usage limits to ensure fair access for all users, including limits on:

• Number of frames created per day
• File size and format restrictions
